Rename a hotel does not mean just change the logo on the facade. So, to turn the Iguassu Resort in Wish Resort, the GJP decided to undertake deep structural and management upgrades. Starting with what you see.
A new standard for signage and visual identity was deployed. With a classic look and at the same time elegant, sober colors emphasize the look of the buildings and the activities of hotels. New uniforms also came to express the change in each employee.
Since 2015, the beds, standard 5 international stars with 66 cm high, are all the same model and the same standard of housekeeping: set of sheets, 4 feather pillows and goose down, duvet cover with duvet, footboard and bed skirt.
In all bathrooms, became available slippers and bathrobes for guest use, plus the amenities Amazon Fruits produced plant-based and paraben-free type, ie without the substance present in 85% of cosmetics and that is linked to the development of breast cancer.
All apartments received new equipment: clock radio, hair dryers with 1.800W - ideals for long hair - mirrors with LED light 8, suitable for makeup.
At breakfast, plus a new standard of meals with corner 'Brasilidades', which values the regional cuisine of Brazil, entered into force the extension of opening hours until 11 am on weekends. Ideal for those who want to rest a little more.
Wish Resort also now offers two unique programs from 2015:
- Safe Apartament: on demand, suitable for families with young children. It offers apartment coat with safety items, as taken protectors;
- Make a Wish: consists of special amenities on demand, some paid, some free. Among these amenities, makeup remover, pantyhose dark, white shirt, black tie and pillow menu.
